Leckie Drafting Services Inc. provides residential permit drawings for additions and decks in the Arnprior area and surrounding region.

Unlike new construction projects, additions and decks often require on-site measurement and verification. For this reason, these services are offered on a limited geographic basis.

     – Typically within 60 km of Arnprior, Ontario

In some cases, deck drawings may be completed remotely if accurate measurements or existing drawings are provided.

Limiting travel allows projects to be completed efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS

Engineering requirements vary depending on the project:

  • Some additions or deck designs may require engineering

  • When engineering is required, coordination or referral to a qualified professional can be provided
